DESIGN ONLY
Want to manage the project yourself, but you don’t have a plan? This service is for those that want a well thought out plan and great looking concept while saving money by being your own project manager. Initial in home consultation- view your space and listen to your thoughts on how you want to update your interiors for a refreshed look specific to your style. This will include evaluating your budget, existing furniture and accessories and assesing how we will incorporate those items into your updated space. We will also discuss your color scheme, furniture needed, floor/ window coverings, lighting and accessories. Your plan will come complete with room arrangements, schematic drawings, color concepts, furniture, lighting, accessories, and rug selections – everything needed to finish the space within your budget. A good option for those who have the time and want to manage the project and save money. This service will only allow you to purchase from retail stores only and not to the trade.
DESIGN WITH PURCHASING
Initial in home consultation- view your space and listen to your thoughts on how you want to update your interiors for a refreshed look specific to your style. A good option for those who want me to do all the purchasing with my to the trade accounts for retail and wholesale merchandise. Your merchandise will be upcharged with 20% purchasing fee which will cover facilating initial purchase, scheduling delivery and installation.
E-DESIGN
The perfect service for those of you who live a distance away or just don’t want or need the face-to-face interactions that are part of the full-service and design-only service options. I use measurements and digital images provided by you, so I never actually visit your home. I will send you a list of instructions with everything you need to know in order to send me precise measurements and photographs. Your plan will come complete with room arrangements, schematic drawings, color concepts, furniture, lighting, accessories, and rug selections – everything needed to finish the space within your budget. With your complete shopping list in hand you will be able to execute your design from online and retail sources.
STYLING
Your room is furnished, but lacks the final statement making touches you so desire. After viewing your space and discussing budget we will shop for and style your room to give it the WOW factor. This service is also for the person holding a party or special event. I will get your space party ready.
